Course Enrolment Conditions

Beginner and Intermediate Spanish term courses run for 10 weeks of 1.5 hours per week, when there are at least 5 students enrolled in that class. PLEASE NOTE: A class with an enrolment of up to 3 students runs for 7 weeks only and last one hour per class. A class with an enrolment of up to 4 students runs for 10 weeks and last one hour per class. Students enrolled in a class with 3 or less have the option to join other available classes at the same level. Please contact us for details.

Spanish for Travel courses are available with two options. Option 1 - Survival Spanish: 5 Hour Course - One hour per week or two Saturday lessons of 2.5 hours each. Option 2 - Go Beyond Gimmicks: 10 Hour Course - Two/one hours per week over five or ten weeks (it can also be programmed to suit students needs).

All other courses and tuition can be arranged and customised to suit student needs.

Enrolments can be taken over the phone (please call 03 9696 4822) or email, however, a deposit of $ 50 or the full fee must be paid before the beginning of the course in order to reserve a place. Any outstanding balance must be paid at the first lesson of the course.

Fees are not refundable after the course commences. Fees may be refunded when a programmed class can not go ahead due to insufficient enrolments. Any refund of fees attracts a 10% administration fee on the net amount received by us. Please note that the net amount that is paid to us vary if you pay using Paymate payment method. Fees for private tuition at our studios or online tuition must be paid at least 24 hours before the required lesson/s booked date/s.

Spanish Club Membership Conditions

The Spanish Club was created in order to practice oral Spanish, Tres Culturas Spanish Language Studio shall not be held liable under any circumstance, or for any reason, arising from your club membership . Only persons over 18 years of age can be members of the Club. Fees must be paid when Membership Form is sent to us. Fees only cover the period that is being paid for. Fees are not refundable after Membership Form is accepted. Fees cover only Tres Culturas' professional charges. PLEASE NOTE: MEMBERSHIP FEES MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCED IN ORDER TO BECOME A CLUB MEMBER.
